We live in a world that is fundamentally inequitable.

The question is, with so much work to be done to address rampant inequities, where do we begin? We can start by including more voices in the conversations. We can unpack and disrupt traditional ways of thinking. We can challenge institutions and devise new ways of viewing our world. And we can cultivate opportunities that enable all of us to thrive.

Thank you for Joining Us!

Thank you for joining us for the 2020 Speaker Series: Achieving Results in an Inclusive Recovery, a candid discussion and Q&A with Dr. Michael McAfee, President and CEO of PolicyLink.

About Michael McAfee

Dr. Michael McAfee became President and CEO of PolicyLink in 2018, seven years after becoming the inaugural director of the Promise Neighborhoods Institute at PolicyLink. His results-driven leadership, depth of knowledge about building and sustaining an organization, and devotion to serving the nation’s most underserved populations made him the obvious choice to lead the 20-year-old PolicyLink.

During his time at PolicyLink, Michael has played a leadership role in securing Promise Neighborhoods as a permanent federal program, led efforts to improve outcomes for more than 300,000 children, and facilitated the investment of billions of dollars in neighborhoods of concentrated poverty.
