The date is coming up! On November 6, 2012 we will have the opportunity to cast our vote for the candidates who will make decisions regarding the direction of our country, state, and school system!

We are not only voting for the President and Congressional Leaders who will lead our country, we are also voting for our local candidates as well. The entire Utah House of Representatives is up for election, and so is half of the Senate and State School Board. It is critical that we research the candidates running for office. These are the people who make decisions that impact our community, how our tax dollars are spent, and the direction that our education system will take. These are decisions that will either help or hinder United Way of Salt Lake’s advocacy goals.

We must ensure we elect candidates who will strengthen our communities!
