This past Friday night the Young Leaders and United Way of Salt Lake had an amazing time at The Depot for the Young Leaders Annual Event! The evening was filled with great food, drinks, friends, and even a photo booth! As guests enjoyed delicious food and beverages, they were able to check out the awesome prizes lined up at the front of the stage and purchase opportunity tickets for a chance to win such prizes as vacation getaways, golf packages, and even a 2009 Genuine Scooter! The program was great with a photo recap of all of the Young Leader events and volunteer projects from the past year, as well as a tribute video to Greg Summerhays, recipient of the Young Leader of the Year award! Once the program was completed and the last prize awarded, the Young Leaders danced the night away to 80’s cover band, The Spazmatics!
Thank you to everyone who came to support the work of our Young Leaders and United Way of Salt Lake! A super huge thank you to Christina DeVore, Events Director, and Megan Jones, Major Gifts Director, for their hard work and attention to detail in making this event such a great success–as well as the rest of the UWSL staff who supported their efforts.
