The holiday season is here again! It’s hard to believe that the time for shopping, holiday parties, and cherished time with loved ones is already upon us!
Every year our Volunteer Center receives numerous calls from groups and individuals looking for ways to give back and volunteer during the holiday season. With so many willing hands looking for places to serve, United Way of Salt Lake offers a list that contains a variety of donation and volunteer needs for over 45 organizations in Salt Lake, Davis, Summit, and Weber counties.
If you, a group, or your friends are looking for a way to get involved this holiday season, check out our list to find an opportunity that will be a great fit for you. The holidays are a wonderful time to get involved and do service in your community. We encourage you to find opportunities to give back and find ways to serve others around you.
More importantly, we encourage you to begin looking for groups and agencies that you can volunteer with that will allow you to turn your season of giving into a year of support.
