This past week the Affinity Group Social event was held at the local Tony Caputo’s Market and Deli in Downtown Salt Lake. The event was hosted by UWSL’s Tocqueville Society and several members of the Women’s Philanthropic Network and Young Leaders were in attendance. Having members of all three of these Affinity Groups in one place was wonderful! The evening was sponsored by Holland & Hart and Questar and we are so grateful for their support!
Matt Caputo and Caputo’s Market did an amazing job giving our guests culinary tours and tastings that delighted everyone in the group. Wine pairings and culinary bites of Southern European foods provided a wonderful atmosphere where attendees could mingle and network, which was followed by an amazing dinner. Some of the highlights of the evening were the short introductory classes on fine chocolate, fine cheese, and balsamic vinegar. Affinity members were definitely excited when they were able to take a bottle of the delicious balsamic home with them! Thank you, Caupto’s, for such a fabulous event filled with education and tasty dishes!
