Big thanks to GE Women’s Network Salt Lake City Hub for recently stuffing and donating teddy bears to two United Way of Salt Lake partners!
The Women’s Network seeks to foster women’s professional development to help grow, attract, and retain successful women across GE. United Way of Salt Lake, along with two other agencies in our community, had the opportunity to talk to the Women’s Network to educate and share our message about community involvement. As part of the meeting, members of the network took time out of their day to stuff 50 teddy bears to be given away.
The teddy bears were given to Toddler Beginnings (housed at Neighborhood House) and to children involved in our Community Learning Centers in Park City. The children were very excited and grateful for their new toy!
