I am excited to report on TEKsystem’s recent volunteer project at Oquirrh Hills Elementary School. The company asked us to find a volunteer project in their community and we found the perfect match.
TEKsystems employees helped out with Oquirrh Hills’ annual “STEM” day. As soon as they arrived, we rushed them to classrooms where they prepared and studied seven different science experiments, including egg drops, rocket launches, paper helicopters, balloon cars, and more!
Let me tell you, the volunteers were a hit. They did such a remarkable job engaging and challenging the students to learn and have fun. The teachers were begging them to come back before the project even ended! Check out the fantastic thank you card they made and a few shots of the awesome experiments.
