For the past five years United Way has hosted a Legislative Preview Breakfast. Everyone in the community is invited to get the inside story on upcoming legislative issues affecting all Utahns, and to learn how the legislature plans to address critical community needs in the areas of education, income, health and basic needs. This year we will be hosting our 6th annual Legislative Preview breakfast and would love to have any and all that are interested to attend! The event will take place on Thursday January 20th from 8:00 a.m. -9:30 a.m., with registration starting at 7:30 a.m. The event will take place at the Hilton hotel downtown on 255 South West Temple. We are delighted to have Governor Gary Herbert as one of our speakers along with House Majority Leader Brad Dee, House Minority Leader David Litvak, Senate Majority Whip Wayne Niederhauser, and Senate Minority Leader Ross Romero.
