I have donated to and volunteered for United Way for most of my working life. One of the reasons I LOVE being involved in Young Leaders is because it has allowed my husband and I to come together, serve together, and be together as we make a difference for our community. It doesn’t get any better than that – serving with the one I LOVE! Making people smile and believe again in the goodness of others is an intricate part of my soul. I cherish my association with United Way Young Leaders and the incredible people I have met and serve with over the years. It is also a fantastic opportunity to include our kids in very worthwhile service projects and events. From the beginning, the time spent has been amazing! If you want to get involved, I encourage anyone to see what being involved with Young Leaders can do!
