Soup can somehow always make things so much better. This was certainly the case for one of my companies, Hexcel, who this year decided to hold a Soup Day to kick-off their United Way of Salt Lake workplace giving campaign! And, they raised over $700!
Some of Hexcel’s committee members then had an opportunity to see firsthand how their generosity makes a difference in the lives of so many, by visiting one of our Neighborhood Centers. Overall, Hexcel and its employees raised over $60,000 to support United Way of Salt Lake’s efforts to change the odds for children and families in Davis, Salt Lake, Summit, and Tooele counties.
