United Way of Salt Lake recognizes that its employees are the key to its success. We work hard to let employees know they are appreciated. There are the small things: high-fives, emails, treats, and staff parties — all of which, as a nonprofit, are kept within a limited budget. However, when an employee hits a big employment milestone, UWSL likes to do something extra special!
Thanks to the generosity of CHG Healthcare, a company well-known for its employee recognition, UWSL has been able to do something extra special for its employees for the past three years. In 2012, 2013, and 2014, CHG has generously underwritten our employee recognition program.
With CHG’s sponsorship, UWSL has, and will recognize individual employees who have reached one, three, five, ten, fifteen and twenty years of service with a financial gift.
It cannot be overstated how appreciative we are of CHG’s sponsorship of our employee recognition program. CHG is a true example of what it means to LIVE UNITED. Thank you CHG!!
