Congratulations to Blake Facer, our last finalist for the giveaway of a FREE one year lease on a 2014 BMW from BMW of Murray and a FREE year’s worth of gas from Tesoro!
Not just a Zions Bank employee, Blake is also a Young Leader who is actively involved in the work of United Way of Salt Lake. A member of our public policy committee and an advocate for our Stand4PreK initiative, Blake spent time up on the hill during the legislative session to help advocate for the passing of our high quality preschool bill!
On the day of the surprise colleagues, friends, and family all gathered in the lobby of the Zions Bank building. In order to make it a surprise, Blake was tricked into thinking he had an important meeting with his boss. Feeling somewhat nervous about this mystery meeting, Blake was very taken back when he walked into the lobby to see a large group of familiar faces yelling “SURPRISE” and clapping. Immediately, Blake’s two children and wife ran up and hugged him. Then with a handful of balloons in tow, the group headed outside to admire the bright, shiny red 2014 BMW. The surprise was wrapped up with Blake driving off into the sunset on his test drive.
