We are so proud to announce that our own Jason Castor, VP of Resource Development was honored as one of this year’s Utah Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40. This award recognizes a select group of individuals who are standouts in local and national corporations as well as in the community. Jason’s dedication, ambition, talent, and leadership have helped pave new paths in the 12 years he has been with United Way of Salt Lake. His vision for a better community is evident by the determination, motivation and passion he shows for his job. He was quoted in Utah Business Magazine as saying. “Being able to positively change the community for future generations to come is a dream job…”. In his current position he has helped create new programs, including diversification and expansion of the organization’s revenue streams, and implementation and expansion of its affinity groups (Tocqueville Society, Women’s Philanthropic Network and Young Leaders). Jason is a valuable member of our team and the work that we do at UWSL. He is more than deserving of this honor and we couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations, Jason! Cheers!
