United Way is going to have a charitable service booth at the annual Boy Scouts of America Scout-O-Rama. We need some of the wonderful volunteers who are able and willing to donate their time at our booth. It will be a great opportunity to talk about United Way and all that we do. The event will be held on Saturday April 30 from 9:00 – 4:00 pm at the South Towne Expo Center. There will be a lot of fun things going on such as, climbing walls a parade and action booths where everyone can test their outdoor skills.
There will be four two hour shifts that you can sign up for and we need 2-3 people per shift.
9:00 -11:00 am
11:00 – 1:00 pm
1:00 – 3:00 pm
3:00 – 5:00 pm (this shift will be responsible for packing/cleaning up our booth area.)
