TIP: Review your insurance coverages.
Insurance coverage is necessary but can be costly and another item in your budget that you wish you could cut. It’s important that you have enough insurance to protect against accident or injury but don’t neglect the opportunity to review your coverage to see if there might be an opportunity to save money.
A follower of my Facebook page recently cut her auto insurance coverage in half. Her family was unknowingly paying too much for auto insurance on their two cars. After obtaining quotes from other agencies and reducing coverage on their older vehicle, her family saved nearly $75 per month on auto insurance. By bundling their homeowner’s insurance with the new agency, they saved an addition $20 per month. How would you like to save nearly $100 a month in insurance coverage? Don’t put off reviewing your policies!
