It’s that time of year again; a time for festivities, tradition, and good cheer! But for thousands of Utahns, it also the time of year to feel stretched thin financially and emotionally. United Way 2-1-1 receives more than 10,000 calls each year requesting holiday assistance as callers struggle to provide what is deemed an “appropriate” holiday for loved ones and children. United Way 2-1-1 is here to assist by highlighting ways to create magic and tradition without straining the pocket book or increasing stress levels through our Calendar of Caring.
Each day beginning November 26, we will be showcasing great ideas and events that are free or low cost and guaranteed to make the whole family smile this holiday season.
