United Way of Salt Lake Young Leader
The Young Leaders are an inspiring group of young community members who care about creating lasting change. Through several United Way of Salt Lake events, I got to know enthusiastic and dynamic members. These active community advocates made me want to join Young Leaders so that I could play a role on important issues facing our community and give back in a meaningful way.
This was my first time attending Lunch with a Leader and I can honestly say that it was well worth my time. Kevin Salmon, the featured speaker and host, shared a vision for leadership that reinforces what United Way of Salt Lake’s mission is all about: to build strong communities by uniting individuals to solve problems! Mr. Salmon is an active volunteer with at-risk youth and walks the talk. Thank you, United Way of Salt Lake, for strengthening our community by engaging people with the smarts for vision and a heart for action!
