We’d like to thank TD Williamson Global Pipeline Integrity (TDW) who just completed their first annual workplace giving campaign with United Way of Salt Lake!
Prior to the campaign, members of TDW’s Community Relations Committee attended a very inspiring tour of Guadalupe School, one of United Way of Salt Lake’s many Community Learning Centers. They were able to learn first-hand about all of the wonderful services and programs being offered and the children and families they serve. The campaign ran for one month and started with a fun kick-off barbeque. In addition to giving through payroll deduction–employees really dedicated themselves to raising additional funds for neighborhoods and communities by competing (and they really competed!) in fundraising events such as disc golf and a team car wash! They then closed with a pancake breakfast!
We appreciate the participation of all their employees who contributed to making the employee workplace campaign such a success and we’d also like to thank TDW for matching employee donations dollar for dollar! Not only was TDW’s workplace campaign a success, they will also be participating in United Way of Salt Lake’s 20th Annual Day of Caring!
The TDW campaign is helping United Way of Salt Lake change the odds for thousands of children and families in our community and we can’t thank them enough!
